Rumors and Controversy/Scandal

Rumours are that Joey and her love interest, Jacob Elordi has called it quits. Jacob did not turn up in the Kid’s Choice Award show. Also, while giving the speech after receiving an award, Joey thanked her for The Kissing Booth co-star in a very formal way. However, speculations are that they might have separated but they have not confirmed anything yet.

Hence she diligently learned skating at a skate park called SkateLab in Sim Valley, California. She was the only female skateboarder at the skate park. Though the situation was intimidating, she only derived courage from it and mastered the skate moves well.

Joey maintains good relations with her co-stars and directors and has not entered to date into any controversies. She does not smoke and has no tattoos etched on her body. She has had no rumours about her relationships or boyfriends.
